Thank you for shopping with us. To ensure freshness and efficient delivery, we operate on a weekly order cycle.
Order Schedule
Orders are collected throughout the week and close every Thursday at 12:00 PM (Pacific Time).
Once the order window closes:

All customer orders are sent to our supplier in Vancouver.

We collect the products and prepare them for customer pickup or delivery.
Order Fulfillment Timeline
Orders placed before Thursday, 12:00 PM cutoff will be available the following:

Pickup: Saturday – Sunday

Local Delivery: Saturday – Sunday
Customers will receive a notification when their order is ready.
Pickup Option (Free)
Customers may pick up their orders at our designated pickup location.
Pickup details (address and time window) will be sent via email after your order is processed.
Please bring your order confirmation when picking up.
Home Delivery
We offer local home delivery for an additional fee.

Delivery is available within select areas.

Delivery fees are calculated at checkout.

Customers will receive a delivery notification before arrival.
Missed Pickup
If an order is not picked up during the designated pickup window:

The order may be forfeited due to the perishable nature of some products.

Refunds may not be available for unclaimed orders.
Order Changes
Orders can be modified or cancelled before Thursday, 12:00 PM cutoff.
After this time, orders are finalized and cannot be changed.
